Ethical Headhunting

Ethical Headhunting is a continuous investement in the career of our candidates and this is a major differentiator in talent Management.

If your profile comes under an ethical headhunting process, we will approach you with all the respect and the confidentiality needed about the relevant opportunities in detail; we strive for transparency.

If you wish to proceed, our consultants may invest into a step by step procedure to understand and see if they can match our business partners’ needs – the companies. This is a structured career consultation approach and a substantial step in matching talent with the relevant opportunities of the business partners. Please note that this is not a paid service. Candidates are treated as our respective clients but are not expected to pay for analysing their needs and supporting their aspirations. This is a significant step of the actual talent matching process that is offered as pro-bono on specific cases and strictly on our availability.

We do not offer outplacement, career and business coaching or any related transition service to candidates under any short of payment. We are trained to follow a structured, humane, process to analyse and match your needs with relevant current and future positions. This process does entail some coaching and councelling but it is a process provided strictly within the frame of selecting candidates for a specific position or on a pro-bono bassis.

Your data is treated as strictly confidential in all steps. Should we both agree we will include you in a short list to be sent to our partners. No more than 4 profiles as per position witn no personal data. No CVs are send and should your profile passes we request for your concent to proceed in disclosing your details. We preserve your confidentiality and provide you with a fair chance and thorough feedback on the proceedings. And of course we keep you updated on further relevant opportunities that may match your profile in the future.

It is not in our policy to move the same people from one position to the other just to get a higher salary or to earn more as headhunters. 

We follow strict ethical codes towards both the candidates and the partnered companies. If we place you to a position we will periodically follow up with you to see how you cope and if needed we may also intervene to support your efforts. However, unless there is a serious bridge of the actual or the psychological contract, we will not aim to move you before the completion of 24 to 36 months in a position. Bear in mind that you will be treated as our client but HumanI is not the place to be used as a a simple stepstone for you career. 

Each person is  unique to us whether such a person is a candidate or the representative of the partnered company. We are ethical professionals and operate under a continuous sourcing process. We invest hours in analysing the market for opportunities, meeting interesting people and building our networks with canddites and partners who hold a fair potential for current and future needs. As we mention talent resides in teh deviations and we are experts in finding these deviations.

Prorospective candidates who may wish to approach HumanI themselves for advice they are more than welcome to do so but need to understand that, as this is a pro bono service, it is subject to our availability. It may take sometime an effort to get a relevant slot of a face to face discussion as our consultants as they work on a very tide schedule. However, we will at least invest time to reply and hold a phone discussion or a skype.

Please also note that our consultants may need to follow a series of 1 to 3 short coaching sessions to support people to move in their career in a structured way. Eventhough you will not be requested to pay us you will be expected to invest time in building your profile, your CV and your personal branding. If you wish to follow more sessions Human Intelligence may provide you with a list of external associates, consultants, coaches, psychologists and other professionals, but any further arrangements are to be made directly between you and the external associates.

Last but not least, you are not obliged to trust us with your CV and profile should you wish not to do so and you can instruct us in writing to distroy your data at any point through a relevant e-mail. We will give you a call to verify such a choice and respect it. Human Intelligence follows GDPR rules and regulations and we will request your written concent to have your CV in our database and systems.
